A little about you
Any event ideas you’d love to try
What draws you to community or hosting
We’ll explore together whether there’s a good fit.
Who are we?
So You Socials is a non-profit conscious community space.
We design social experiences that support emotional wellness, personal growth, and authentic human connection — across friendships, mental health, identity, healing, and community.
Our events blend the best of shared experience with foundations in psychology, relational science, emotional literacy, and trauma-aware practices.
Whether through conscious socials, group therapy, psychoeducational circles, creative gatherings, or evolving community-led moments, So You Socials creates spaces for self-awareness, safe expression, and meaningful connection.
what we do
Creative Gatherings offer an alternative way to connect. These gatherings include activities like art jamming, storytelling nights, themed dress-up socials, group therapy, music or listening circles, vision board and journaling sessions, mindful movement or breath-based connection, and playful social games that spark light-hearted interaction. Every session is designed with care, informed by psychology and emotional wellbeing.
Conscious Socials are thoughtfully curated events that bring people together with openness, emotional safety, and shared values at the center. From friendship circles to mindful dating gatherings and volunteer outings, these are not your typical social meetups, they’re spaces to be seen, heard, and genuinely connect.
Psychology-Based Workshops are grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, designed to support your emotional wellness and self-understanding. With topics like self-worth, attachment, boundaries, and inner child work, these workshops offer practical tools, shared reflection, and a deeper sense of personal clarity.
Are you part of a community? So You Socials holds space for a wide range of lived experiences — from motherhood to mental health recovery, from LGBTQ+ journeys to cultural identity, neurodivergence, and beyond. We know that different communities have different needs, and that emotional safety starts with being seen and understood. That’s why we create spaces that are inclusive, identity-aware, and psychology-informed — spaces where you don’t have to explain your background to feel like you belong.
