This guided journaling session will incorporate a sensorial observation so we can slow our minds down to meet our body, before we move through guided prompts to release what’s been on our minds on paper.

We’re also releasing a limited edition journaling prompt set for this session, which you get to bring home with you to continue your personal practice.
