About The Event

[Setting: Casual, cosy, easy-going, laid-back, loungey, pillow talk, floor mats, journals]


🌙 A quiet space to meet yourself more deeply - to explore the stories we carry, find the freedom to write new ones, and gently turn old wounds into new ways of being. All in the brief time we share on this beautiful earth, together with others walking the same path.


Facilitated by psychotherapist Lou through a mix of psychoeducation, guided reflection, experiential activities, group sharing and other therapeutic modalities.


Every session is:

✨ In-person

✨ $35 per session

✨Every session has a theme (will be mentioned in announcements)

✨ Held on a weekday evening 7:30PM - 9:30PM

✨ Limited slots (first come, first served)

🏵️Disclaimer - This particular run of group therapy is on-going in a drop-in format, with no commitment or long-term attendance required. This makes it accessible and flexible — but do note:


  • Because there is no consistent group or ongoing therapeutic relationship, the depth of emotional processing and impact may vary from session to session, unless you intend to attend on a regular frequency.


  • Attending more regularly can support deeper transformations and continuity, but nonetheless each session is still designed to offer meaningful insights and tools, whether it’s your first or fifth time.


  • This is not a substitute for individual therapy but a gentle, guided space to pause, connect, and heal — at your own pace.

Founder of So You Socials, Lou is a psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist at The Conscious Mind Psychotherapy (www.theconsciousmind.sg) dedicated to integrating the mind, body, and spirit in mental health care. Neuroscience serves as the cornerstone of her work, shaping her approach to understanding and addressing the emotional and physiological patterns that underlie well-being.
